If I could give minus 5 stars I would. The worst thing about them is that they LIE LIE LIE. Ordered contacts on 11/29. Didn’t ship. Called on 12/5 when shipping was going to happen. Was told “oh for sure no later than Monday 9th”....didn’t ship. Called on 12/11.....they promised a “drop ship” same day, I would have them next day...didn’t ship. Called them again yesterday morning 12/11 to ask again. Was promised AGAIN a drop ship yesterday and I would get tracking email shortly......didn’t happen. This is the 2nd time. I thought I’d give them another chance about a year later, thinking they fixed their shipping stuff. In the mean time, I am running out of contacts. Remember, they LIE LIE LIE to you every time you call. So, EZContacts, now that you did it to me for the 2nd time, I will NOT ever order from you again ! I have been patient enough.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Tried to order for over a month, they took my $200, still have not received the order, and still have not gotten my money back. If you use this company, be prepared to be on top of them to get your order processed and shipped, or you'll have to be on top of them for your money back.
Details for those interested: I placed an order on 2/23/19. I had trouble getting this order approved by my eye doctor, so I requested a copy of my prescription which I uploaded to my account. After not receiving approval, I reached out through the messaging option on their website on 3/18. After not receiving a response, I emailed directly on 3/20. 4 days later, on 3/24, I received an email from a representative stating "Your order is already being processed by our supplier and will ship directly from them shortly. We are just waiting for the tracking number which will be sent to you automatically. Rest assured that I have already notified the appropriate department to prioritize your order." I waited for 3 days and still did not receive a tracking number, and finally called on 3/28. After hanging up three times due to extensive (20+ minute) wait times, I was finally able to talk to a representative. She informed me that she saw I had been waiting on this order for over a month and assured me that the facility was waiting on the order from the manufacturer. She told me that my order had been prioritized and I would receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days. On 4/1, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled, per my request. I am beyond shocked that I have one representative telling me that my order is being prioritized on a Thursday, and then another one telling me that my order has been cancelled the following Monday. As of 4/7, I STILL DONT HAVE CONTACTS OR MY MONEY BACK

I ended up getting a ulcer in my eye from the contacts. I checked out the box and it looks like it’s not from USA. Tried them one more time and they made my eyes dry and irritated.
This is the third time I've order contacts through Ezcontacts. The delays are getting worse each time. The orders are processed quickly but each time they haven't had the contacts (DAILIES AQUACOMFORT PLUS CONTACTS) in stock. I placed this order on February 6th and as of today, February 25th, the order hasn't shipped. The CS representative claimed the manufacturer/supplier's issue. That's what they said the on the last order! I have never been contacted a single time regarding this order. Not once! They make the following claim on their web-site..."If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem then we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours." They have never contacted me. They now claim that my order should be in stock in 5-7 business days. I'm throwing the BS flag on that! I would not recommend this company to anyone....ever. Horrible customer service. I've rated it a .5 value because although they are cheap, you never get the product!
