They won't exchange defective product that they send you no matter what. Buy at your own risk.

Ordered frames on two separate occasions that were listed as in stock on site.  Payment deducted from my account immediately and held long enough to collect interest. Then I was contacted that frames are no longer available however the frames are still shown and listed on site as in stock and available.

Terrible customer service.  Will never buy from them again.  Never received glasses, then told me it was between me and the post office to figure it out.  Every time I call the superviser is stepping out for lunch.

This company does NOT price match, while stating clearly on their site that they do! They have you make the purchase FIRST and then say the other site is offering a "promotional discount" that they WILL NOT match a promotion. Other sites are $20 cheaper a box! That lower price was offered on 4 other sites (promotional or not - I can buy elsewhere). Then the customer service put me on hold until I would hang up. HAD TO CANCEL THE ORDER THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD!!!! No one will respond. COMPLETE SCAM WEBSITE!

I ordered a contact lense more than 12 days ago and nothing. I has been sending emails and they don't respond. Avoid this web site or company.
