I haven’t received any updates since I got first update on November 7th, so I contacted the ‘EZContacts‘ again on December 29th.
They replied pretty quick.

Today, January 16, 2019, I called EZContacts’ customer service line. After a 40 minute wait, was put through. I asked for an order update. I can’t believe what customer service said.
Custer service said, “The frames you ordered is on back order, and it will take another 4 to 6 weeks to process your order.”

EXCUSE ME..?
I heard the same response when I ordered the glasses.
I told customer service agent, “The product page specifically says ‘2 to 3 days availability’ and it’s been months.”
I also informed her about the last updated E-Mail that I received on December 30th. They haven’t changed procedures on their product information page, so what’s the hold up? They need a severe maintenance website update.
Excuses, excuses and lies.
It’s been nearly 3 months since I placed my order. How ridiculous is this company?
I am really sick of them. I am going to cancel my order, and ask for a refund of my money.
DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order before 2pm EST on a Thursday, and the website said the order would be processed the same day. They apparently did not process it until the following Monday. It would not be a huge deal except for the fact that I paid $35 for 1-day shipping. It is now 5 days later and I still have no package. I called customer service and waited in queue for awhile, as I was the 71st caller in line. When I finally reached someone, she continued to argue with me rather than refunding my money like any good company would have done. They need to correct the information on their website, which is false and misleading, and they need to work on customer service.
Ordered from here because of the "promise" of quick shipping. I was told around 5 business days. It's now been 17 days and I am leaving for a trip tomorrow without the contacts!! My prescription has since expired so no hope of getting them elsewhere before I leave. Never again!!

I ordered from this company solely based on price. I mean, what else really is there to base a contacts order on... they are what they are. I ordered on 11/2, submitted the signed prescription with the contacts so I wouldn't have any waiting period. I was told I'd have them in 5-7 days. 19 days and 3 semi-threatening phone calls later, I finally got them. I couldn't even find a phone number for them until I went to dispute the credit card charge and saw their number listed. Called and was given excuses. They told me that because I have an astigmatism my contacts were hard to get. Umm, no. I've been wearing contacts for 25 years and that is not true. They changed the status of my order to "shipped" after I called, but they weren't because there was still no tracking #. I basically ended up calling back and threatening to dispute the credit card charge if I didn't have a valid tracking number within 24 hours. They finally produced a number and I got my contacts. Great value but I would not order from them again!
