I placed an order for a non prescription pair of glasses on 1/20/2019. The website showed that the item was available in 4-5 days. I opted to get the 4-5 business day shipping for $6.99 rather than the free 5-7 business day shipping so that I could get the glasses faster once they were available. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email and a confirmation text saying that my card would not be charged until the item was shipped. Shortly afterwards, I received an email saying the item’s availability had changed to 15 or more business days. It was 1/20/2019 but my order wouldn’t be available until a date ranging from February 11 – March 4. My card had also been charged. I immediately emailed customer service to cancel the order but received no response. I then sent 3 more emails and received no response. I also tried the live chat option on ezcontacts.com but it said no one was available and to leave my email and order number then I would receive a response. Eventually, I tried calling and was on hold more than an hour. The first time I called, I was #104 in line holding for customer service. When I finally became the next person in line to be helped, I was transferred by the automated system and placed as #98 in line holding for customer service. I waited again and the same thing happened again. Currently, I am disputing the charges with my bank. I still haven’t been able to contact this website and it hasn’t contacted me either.  I have never been a person that leaves reviews of any kind online but this service was just unacceptable. I hate that I was attracted by this websites’ lower prices and would never recommend it to anyone.   

This site is a SCAM! They sent me 8 boxes of contacts that aren't at all like the samples I got from my doctor. I can't use them at all. I've tried all of the different ways to contact your customer service and I'm currently bouncing between caller #116 and #140 on the phone. Your chat functionality doesn't work (got kicked out of this 4 times today). No one responds to customer service emails, either. Thanks for ripping me off for almost $400. Ridiculous.

Worst service ever, misleading about shipping speed, completely unresponsive to emails, chat or phone call, so can't get ANY ANSWERS WHATEVER!!!! Waste of time, order never shipped for two weeks. Needed it in time to take with me on a trip, was misled into thinkingt it would arrive in time, BOY WAS I WRONG. VERY HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! go somewhere else unless you want to be waiting forever I mean literally forever to get your contacts or glasses. Also waited for an hour to speak with someone on the phone and then it just mysteriously hung up when it was my turn. I was so pissed

They have terrible customer service by phone email and live chat

I haven’t bought contacts online before, but thought it would be easier than having to visit the eye doctor again. I found a few online contact websites, and decided to go with ezcontacts because they had the best deal. Now I know why. Everytime  I would call to check on my order, I would have to wait between 30-60 minutes. My order was in “processing” mode for over a week, with no change. Apparently they had to be drop shipped, which was no disclosed to me when I was ordering. If you’re going to advertise “fast shipping” speeds then you should probably fulfill that claim. Overall, I cancelled my order, and went with a different company. Don’t waste your time.
