This has been the worst transaction I've ever been involved with - they failed to get the glasses delivered to my house, it's been over a month since I ordered them, & there's no way to contact anyone - ever!! You still took a second payment yesterday, even though you knew that I hadn't received my order, & I feel that you're intensionally not responding to me, thinking if you ignore me for a long enough time, I'll go away. WRONG!

There are no "pros" when you can't even talk to a person to resolve a problem!
Cons
Worst response time, worst customer service, phone service, & other ways to communicate. Definitely the worst place to spend any money, because you'll have to fight tooth & nail if you need to get a r
