Speed of shipping could improve as my order took 2 weeks for delivery. Not bad but if there is room for improvement it would be in this area.
Otherwise I had a really good experience. Frames Direct has great selection of frames and many brands. There was a lot of frames I like and it took me a while to figure out which one I should buy. I had to consult with my husband and family before my final choice.
If you have purchased glasses before that fit well, then buying online is not a problem as you just take the measurements from your old glasses and find frames in the right range for your new glasses. You can even search for frames by measurements. All newer frames have measurements listed on the inside of one of the arms.
