I went all out this past winter and purchased from Bowflex their Revolution home gym and their Select Tech free weights. It cost me over a lot but it has been worth it. The home gym is really well built and the sprial plates do mimic the stack weight universal machines found in gyms.

The Select Tech dumbbells really cut down on space. I use to have 6 pairs of regular dumbbells now I only need 2 and they offer much more range of weights.

I have been working out for 4 days a week with the Revolution for the last 2 months and have not run into any problems . It took a bit to get use to it and how to change the machine to do different workouts. In the end I am glad I went a head and bought it. I was a little worried since it is the biggest purchase I have done online and it would be a pain to return it.
