I bought the Bowflex XLT >30 years ago, , and use it 3 to 5 x per week. I've had to replace 2 power rods and the wheels on the seat, and it works fine. I've saved a ton of money on gyms, doesn't rust in Florida's humidity,stores out of the way, and gives a great workout. At the age of 75 I can't thank the Bowflex people enough for this piece of equipment.
