I signed up in an hour... later I canceled it through their website cancel instructions. It didn't match with my smart watch that records all my activity and calories so it was not compatible and i did not want to use something that was not compatible. After cancelation a month ago found out  today that they will be charging me monthly until March of 2020 even though I have never used their services. If I want to 'cancel' again I have to pay them $39.99 to cancel a service that I have literally never used. I called my bank in disputed it through them but they're still a chance that I will have to pay them monthly for months of something I will never use. I have never had this problem from anything and this is the most ridiculous crap I've ever had to put up with. The woman that I talk to you was rude and very unhelpful.
