Meal Kit question about recipe types

I just saw a commercial for Hello Fresh and it got me interested about these meal kits. I am single and always busy with work so having my groceries delivered with recipes would be ideal.

I am a bit of a health nut and I have Coeliac disease.

After some research I found there are 3 main services. Does Hello Fresh, Plated, or Blue Apron offer their meals gluten free? I saw they offer vegetarian meals but I didn't see any mention of gluten free meals.

I don't think any of those offer a specific gluten-free recipe. Home Chef does along with nut-free meals as well, and your typical vegetarian fare. They also deliver to about 90% of the United States so your area is most likely covered.

I have used them (but not any of the others for comparison) and am pretty happy. The ingredients are good and the menu always is as well.
