How do I cancel my Daily Burn subscription?

I am interested in trying out Daily Burn on my Roku but before I subscribe I want to make sure I KNOW how to unsubscribe. They do say I can cancel anytime. I know some companies are tricky about this (dating sites come to mind). I haven't seen any complaints about unsubscribing for Daily Burn which is good.

Is it easy as Dailyburn.com suggests on their support page? Do I just visit the Account Settings page and the click the Manage Subscription button. I can then view my options and cancel my account?

I know some companies require you to cancel a number of days before the renewal happens else you will be stuck in the subscription for another month. Does this happen with DailyBurn.com?

For the trial membership I see it says I can cancel the membership ANYTIME in the first 30 days and I will not be charged. I think I will try this as I am looking forward to the Daily 365 live video feed everyday. I lost all my fitness videos in a recent move and I need something that will give me some motivation to workout.

I know if you have the iTunes Daily Burn app just deleting the app from your tablet does not cancel your subscription. I found out the hard way. I was going away for 2 months on business and wasn't going to use Daily Burn during that time. When I came back I found out they were still charging my credit card. I was told by customer service that I need to log into dailyburn.com and delete my account and cancel my subscription that way. Just deleting the Daily Burn app does not work.

I forgot to say that the Daily Burn customer service told me I can also pause my Daily Burn subscription if I go away. This is what I should have done since I am again using it now since I am back in the States.

I would like to cancel my Daily Burn subscription. Because I can not physically do it at this time. How do I do this?
