All videos of Daily Burn High Def?

Are all the videos that Daily Burn offers on their streaming service high def? How much data do you use up watching one 30 minute video? I am a little worried that I will go over my internet providers data cap as I am already pretty close with all the Netflix watching I do. I figure I will be working out 4 times a week so in a month that is about 8 hours of extra streaming.

I think most are though the streaming app will degrade the video automatically if your internet bandwidth is low.

If you plan to really use Daily Burn then I would suggest more data if you already close to going over. My internet provider offers unlimited internet for $60 a month so it is pretty inexpensive now days (and much cheaper than a gym membership).

If you don't increase your cap and you are going to worry about it then don't bother with Daily Burn. It sounds like you are already looking for excuses not to exercise. If you expect to see results then you are going to need to watch some fitness videos.
