I really like the sample plans but cannot tell which ones to do which day on Daily Burn with the iPad app? I also do not see any real explanation on the different sample workouts? Does anyone know how do I find out more about them?
In Daily Burn if you want to see your entire program schedule, click on the 'View Full Schedule' to the right of your Program on the home page of the dailyburn.com website once you have logged in. On the app you can press 'Show Full Schedule'.
