I agree. Customer service was the worst ever. Outright lied to three times tryinv to make a simple return. Wasted more in gas trying several times to return items. Clothes are strangely shaped (short and super wide), bag out in odd places - just basically trash. But worse is customer service. Avoid at all costs, no matter how enticing their ads are!

Am going through same thing I just wanted to check them out put my credit card on file and they tried to debate my card over 15 times luckily my card was locked am now seeking legal advice

I closed my VIP account. But they continued to charge my credit card for 3 following months, They finally just starting lying saying a refund for $179.89 was sent and my financial institution must have messed something up and they won't be issuing. another check. I had already checked with that CC company,

FABLETICS LIES all time and then blames you and or your financial institution for not receiving your refund. Adding they won't be dending another check, I cosed my account in March, April was fine, But I then discovered THEY HAD TAKEN $59,95 from my cedie card for May, June and July. The stole STOLE, $179.89 from my account

Fabletics is set up to screw people out of $60 every month, including what they can entice u to spend on clothing that I will assume must be better than anything on the market for those prices. I was disgusted when I spent so much time finding what I want then seeing at the very end that they wanted me to agree to pay an additional $60 per month! How is that a bargain? It's just another scan to take our money!

I have been dealing with Fabletics for the last 2 months. I should have listen to my gut when I first signed up. If you like hidden charges, customer service lying to you and and non-refundable charges for incorrect orders then by all means sign up.

If you enter your credit card information into the website like I did then be prepared to spend hours calling and talking to customer service to try and cancel your account. All the reps try to do is use scripted sugar-coated responses to attempt to tray and calm angry consumers like me. They have no real authority to correct or reverse any charges.
