I ordered a contact lense more than 12 days ago and nothing. I has been sending emails and they don't respond. Avoid this web site or company.
Ordered my contact on March 25th, got a shipping notification on April 4th. The tracking information showed it was sitting in Miami for the next 9 days. I emailed them asking what was up and they could not give me an answer. They then offered to reprocess the order. I waited another few days and did not receive any shipping on the reprocessed order...

Past orders went smoothly but something has changed with this company. I ordered a 90 day supply in mid February and after many calls (with no notifications from them) and promised shipments, claims of distributor problems, I canceled the order mid March after 1 month! Customer Service said refund would be given with in 24- 48 hours but finally just got the refund yesterday...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Tried to order for over a month, they took my $200, still have not received the order, and still have not gotten my money back. If you use this company, be prepared to be on top of them to get your order processed and shipped, or you'll have to be on top of them for your money back....
Don't expect anything on time or to be able to reach customer service, you will sit on hold for hours to be disconnected, chat will disconnect you when you ask for a manager to contact you, and don't dare complain that no one told you your stuff was on back order and it would be over a month before you received it ! !...
