The sign up and ordering of the test was almost instantaneous. I ordered the test, got the form, and faxed it over and got tested all in the same day. The only thing I didn't like was that it says my results were in 4 days later, but I was checking back every day and they didn't actually have my results in my account...

The stress of being told that you could possible be infecting by one of the STD's was stressful, from someone who I trusted. Gladly the results came back Negative, but the surprise for the test was life saving.

Terrible customer service.  Will never buy from them again.  Never received glasses, then told me it was between me and the post office to figure it out.  Every time I call the superviser is stepping out for lunch.  

Results were not received in 1-2 days as it’s written on the website. It took me 6 days and I believe I only received them by the 6th day after I emailed to ask why there was a delay. They do what they say. Got all 10 tests done with speedy results. The testing center used an electronic check in and was a walk-in situation. So, everything was easy and quick but there are more affordable options available.
