Over the years I have had 3 different hosting providers. I left the last 2 mainly for downtime issues and really bad customer service. I think most web hosts suffer from bad customer support as they have such low prices now and shove so many accounts onto one server that the limited number of customer representatives a company can afford is not nearly enough...
