No negatives so far. This is my first online order for ink cartridges. The ordering process was easy and I received my dell cartridges in 3 days for my photo all in one. The cartridge was the refurbished one which are a lot cheaper than brand new. The colors look great and it has worked flawlessly. No complaints!
