Had a little scare in December and wanted to find out sooner than later since my doctor is away on vacation during the holidays. Got my results in 3 days. Been to the lab before so that wasn't a problem. Experience of purchasing was fine since I went for all the tests. Was a little expensive but at least it was something I didn't have to worry about especially during the holidays.

The entire process is pretty easy to get the test done. You just pay for the test and then go to the lab you selected so they can take samples. Your in and out of the lab in about 5 minutes. It does take longer to get the results, at least for me, than the 2 days stdcheck advertises. It took 4 business days to get my lab results so in reality over the weekend it took 6 days for me to get results after I had given my sample. I don't like waiting but I wasn't extremely worried either about the results. If you are someone who is in crisis and extremely worried you have an STD you should realize the lab can take longer. This may depend on the lab and how many tests they need to run in the first place.

I had a scare thanks to an old boyfriend and I wanted results fast. I ordered the full list of tests on STD Check and picked out the testing center. That day I had the tests done and I thought all had gone well.

I waiting 2 days and then contacted customer service as I had not heard back about my results and I really wanted answers. Well apparently the lab had "misplaced" my samples but ended up finding them the next day which they then ran their tests. I didn't have to go back to give another sample but the mix up cost me 2 more days. 

It was the testing labs fault but it still soured my experience a little bit even though everything is okay. My rating reflects the lab as well where I was tested which was the main part of the problem.

Pretty standard website which was okay to use but could have been a bit larger on my phone. I ordered the 10 panel test. Within 10 minutes the documents came and I had to find a way to print them from my phone. I ended up using my laptop to access the email for printing. 

I went to the lab after work the following day. It was a little busier than normal so my wait time was a bit longer than normal. I got my results with in 2 days so the whole process took4 days to complete.

I didn't think I had an std but I was just taking the test to be sure. My boyfriends ex notified him that she had tested positive so he had done his test the week before which had come back negative. I just wanted to be sure about myself as well.
