Was really easy and fast to do.  Started getting emails as soon as results were in per test, didn't need to wait to get anything until all 10 were complete.  The only thing that was not as what was explained on the website was that no one would know what tests you were getting done, but when I printed the form to bring to the lab, it had the entire list of the 10 panels being tested.  I don't live in a conservative area and the lab tech was very professional.  But if you are concerned about "people at the lab not knowing", that wasn't true in my case.

If you want to get tested and get results fast, this is the place to go.  The labs they provide for testing are the same labs used by my family doctor.  
The only drawback is that testing is not anonymous.  I had to provide my driver’s license when I arrived to the lab in order to get tested.  
Another minor drawback is that since it is not anonymous, they should accept major health insurances.  
Other than that, services are great and results are given fast.  Before, I had to wait a week in order to get results.

Called same lab to see if I could get better price direct and it cost more.  This service saves $ and only added a few days vs lab's direct speedy service
