They do what they say. I did have some issues. I was double charged which would have been a big problem if I didn't have the money to cover it. My money was refunded to my account 3 days later. Also the wording was a little off for the test panels. The "10 test panel with early detection rna hiv test" DOES NOT include the hiv 1 and hiv 2 tests. Instead, the two tests are replaced with the early rna test. This makes 9 tests and I was a little disappointed as I thought I was getting an additional test at higher price, not the subtraction of two tests for one. It was my intention to add the early rna test as it only tests for hiv 1, not hiv 2. Also they say you do not have to show ID at the labs for anonymity if you choose however the lab I used uses a electronic check in system that scans your ID. I don't really care about this but if you do, this was my experience. The lab experience was great with the recommended lab. No appointment and maybe a 10 minute wait at the most midday. My results took 3 days for final results and 2 for preliminary without the rna results.This was with the extra $50 priority fee.
