I have been using Daily Burn for more than 3 weeks now and I am pleased with the service. The videos I workout too are easy to follow and their beginner classes... are really are for beginners!!!!
Before I had been doing exercise dvds at home and I was getting really bored of the repetition and not being able to be challenged without buying new DVDs. I live in a rural area which is far away from any YMCA and gyms so Daily Burn is ideal for me.
