I use to be slim and in decent shape but I got pregnant and had a baby and gain a few pounds. My baby is the best thing in my life but she takes most of my time and I don't really want to leave her at a gym daycare when she is so young while I have some personal time and do a fitness class.

Well I recently tried out Daily Burn which was recommended by someone in my Mommy Facebook group. I am glad I tried it out as it fits perfect in my day and allows me to work out to a new video everyday with personal trainers who are pretty motivating and personable. 

There are plenty of fitness classes to choose from so I can pick a workout based on how much time I have if the baby is down for a nap or at the end of the night after putting the baby to bed. It's just what I need.
Pros
Ideal for moms who can only workout at odd times.
Cons
You are by yourself. Not as motivating as an actual fitness class in a real gym.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
