Wow Daily Burn videos are intense. This is my first time really using streaming video besides Netflix so I wasn't too sure of things. I have always used fitness DVDs before. I am using Daily Burn with my new Apple TV and haven't had any problems and the videos look really nice on my large TV in the family room. I find you need lots of room for most of the excise programs as you tend to move around a lot but I just end up pushing the coffee table to the other side of the room and everything works out fine. I love the option to choose your intensity level. if anyone is thinking to sign up I would suggest you make sure you buy a nice thick yoga mat first if you don't have one.
Best work out program available at home or anywhere else.
I haven't tried the Daily Burn Supplements that they offer in the Daily Burn Store. I rather just eat a regular healthy meal.
I've tried Beachbody videos before and wanted a change so with the free 30 day trial I figured I might as well give Daily Burn a try. Just a word of warning the free trial still requires a credit card which will be used once your trial is over unless you cancel before the 30 days. Standard stuff for the internet but I know some people will not realize this.
There workouts are great with the trainers providing modified versions of the work outs so you can have different intensity levels. I mainly have my laptop attached to my 60 inch TV and that works well. When I have to travel for work I switch to using my iPad if I am gone long enough.
I am currently doing the Black Fire workout program and it sure is intense. I find it hard to do the recommend times per week on it but the trainer Bob Harper does keep you motivated.
Pros
Live daily work outs
Cons
Main daily burn app not integrated with the tracker app.
