The Daily Burn 365 feature is pretty good. You will not get bored as their is a new one everyday. I have set a goal for my self to workout 4 times a week and thanks to 365 I have been meeting my goal for the last month and a half. I like some of the other workout programs as well including the Total Cardio and Yoga.
I have never used any fitness videos before so I felt a bit weird about working out in front of the TV but after a few sessions it seemed normal. I have hardwood floors in my TV room so I would recommend getting a yoga mat to do your workouts on. It's also easier if you have a bit of extra room. I reconfigured my family room so I could workout easily with having to move the coffee table each time.
I give the video quality 5 stars and the trainers are really good as well. I wish I knew more about them though. They seem really knowledgeable but there is no information really about them online or on the Daily Burn App, at least what I could find. Daily Burn should fix this omission as it would be nice to know the trainers qualifications.
With 365 Daily Burn gives you a different workout everyday. This keeps the motivation up and boredom down. You also have other options like Pilates and Yoga.
Exercise and your health is important and I wasn't ready to go to the gym yet as I am a little self-conscious of people seeing me. I heard about Daily Burn from a friend and decided to try it. I am glad I did. I would defiantly recommend Daily Burn for people like me who have used fitness videos before. If you work out at the gym every day then you may find most of the videos not strenuous enough for you.
Daily Burn has lots of trainers and lots of fitness videos. Enough where you will never get bored. I have been using the service for almost a year now religiously and am in the best shape of my life. It feels good, I fit in clothes now that I use to wear in college. I have Bob Harper and Black Fire to thank for that.
DB365 is also a great at keeping you energized. It is a new workout video everyday that keeps you motivated. You can catch it live at 9am. I am working by then so for me I watch it on demand before dinner around 6pm.
BTW make sure you have a good workout mat, and some 5 and 10 lbs weights. If you are serious about working out you will need these.
Also if your video is stuttering it is not the app. It will be your internet connection. If you are using wifi make sure you have a good signal. I have mine setup with my TV which is based on Android. I ended up wiring the internet directly into the TV for a better internet connection as both Netflix and Daily Burn would stutter once in a while.
I have been an avid Daily Burn user since I joined about 6 months ago. I have tried a few of their popular workouts like True Beginner and Black Fire but I found myself doing their regular Daily Burn 365 program daily. It's great. There is a new video every day with a different workout so you don't get bored. It works while because it adds personality and it means you don't memorize the video and then get bored of it which is usually what happens when I use fitness DVDs for any length of time.
I am pretty much what you call a fitness newbie. I haven't stuck with past workout programs and was looking for something new that will allow me to loose weight and stay relatively healthy. So far Daily Burn has been working for me. My girlfriend even has borrowed my Daily Burn account and has used it.
Pros
Many videos - I like the 365 videos - Good exercise
I got the app installed fine on my iPad but the streaming videos hiccups and stutters constantly making the videos unwatchable and impossible to workout with. I have tried it several times through out the week and rebooted my router several times and still no luck. BTW Netflix on the same iPad works great and the video never freezes.
I am still in my 30 day trial so I plan on cancelling unless customer service can figure things out for me. I plan on calling them next. Anyone have the Dailyburn customer support phone number?
