I always fought my weight in high school and now I will be going to college this fall. I want to get thinner as I will be meeting new friends and first impressions are important. I have been training hard all summer with Daily Burn and it has been great!
They have many choices for workouts, from high energy to low impact so there should be something for everyone. The instructors are really postive. You just need to stay motivated and on track and you will see results. It's hard work to loose weight but I have combined this with a better diet and I have seen very good results.
I also prefer working out at home away from gyms that stink and are full of germs.
I really like all the different types of workouts that Daily Burn offers. It allows me to bounce around changing up what workout I want to do. I also prefer the shorter workouts which are challenging and that last about 15 minutes. This means I work up a good sweat in a little time. It fits into my schedule as someone with young children who are home during the day. I don't get long periods of time to myself.
The quality of the video is really good and the instructors are easy to follow. I have already lost a couple of pounds and I have been a Daily Burn member for 2 weeks now.
I have just passed the month long trial and decided to continue on with Daily Burn. I like Daily Burn over other options like gyms and classes because I can do these exercises and workouts at home. Daily Burn and their trainers have many different levels of difficulty and many types of fitness routines. I find some of the routines are pretty difficult which is good.
One thing I do wish is that Daily Burn could use more exercises with free weights that are designed to make you stronger in your arms or legs.
Pros
Nice variety of workouts
Cons
Would like to see free weights used more within the classes.
