The first thing I did was use the creation tool on their website to create the cards. This was easy to do. The cards look really good and are unique.
When I received the cards the colors for the logo was not as bright as I thought but then I realized that I have my monitor brightness turned up really high on my monitor when I created the cards online. The colors are close enough to what I want though and I was pleased enough.
Last month, almost 4 weeks after my order I realized I had made a mistake on the cards. I called Vistaprint and talked to customer service. I explained my mistake. They where very understanding and re-ordered the cards for me at no cost!!!
What a great company. I was not expecting that, I was hoping for just a discount on the next order. The sales rep was very pleasant on the phone and patient. I defiantly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with Vistaprint. I ordered some brochures and magnets for my business. Magnets were easy but the brochures I wanted was a little more complex with the different titles and images. After spending a couple hours on it and not getting 100% the way I wanted I called up customer service. They helped me out and within 20 minutes I had everything the way I wanted. I received my order within a week and everything was as it looked online.
Couldn't be happier and I plan on using them again for any future printing projects I have.
For our wedding I ordered reception cards, invitations, and RSVP cards for all 300 guest for $150. This was 50% off as I ordered during a 2 day sale!
During the design process I went onto the live chat and talked to Sarah who was wonderful and helped me out. She explained to me the best way to design the cards based on a few questions she asked about what type of invitations I wanted. She had many helpful suggestions.
She also helped me a bit later after I had placed the order in the afternoon and when I showed my finance he found a spelling mistake. Sarah was able to update my order with the correct change.
I really recommend Vistaprint. The order came on time, was very inexpensive (especially during the sale) and customer service was super helpful!!!
Vistaprint suits most of our printing needs for our business.
I find them best for the generic printed items that we use every day like cards, envelopes, folders and other promotional items like calendars, shirts and holiday cards. You can't beat the prices from Vistaprint for items like these.
They are missing a few items surprisingly. This includes return envelopes that we use in our invoices. They also need more sizes with custom mailing labels. I have to go somewhere else for these custom printed items.
Only used Vistaprint once so far but I plan to continue to use them as they made their mistake right. I order last month some return labels, stickers for the envelopes, and address cards. When I opened the box that they shipped me the most important thing was missing, the cards. I called customer service right away and they said they would print the cards right away and get them to me within 4 days. That was a relief on my part as it still gave me time to mail them out. I asked if I would get a refund and the women on the phone said she would refund the cost of the cards for me which was in the $30 range.
The quality of Vistaprint printing is excellent and so is the material they print on. I got the cards on time and everything worked out.
