Vistaprint

Vistaprint suits most of our printing needs for our business.

I find them best for the generic printed items that we use every day like cards, envelopes, folders and other promotional items like calendars, shirts and holiday cards. You can't beat the prices from Vistaprint for items like these.

They are missing a few items surprisingly. This includes return envelopes that we use in our invoices. They also need more sizes with custom mailing labels. I have to go somewhere else for these custom printed items.

Only used Vistaprint once so far but I plan to continue to use them as they made their mistake right. I order last month some return labels, stickers for the envelopes, and address cards. When I opened the box that they shipped me the most important thing was missing, the cards. I called customer service right away and they said they would print the cards right away and get them to me within 4 days. That was a relief on my part as it still gave me time to mail them out. I asked if I would get a refund and the women on the phone said she would refund the cost of the cards for me which was in the $30 range.

The quality of Vistaprint printing is excellent and so is the material they print on. I got the cards on time and everything worked out.

Recently I ordered the promobox from Vistaprint since the first one was on sale for $5.

I uploaded my logo, and filled out my mission statement, and contact information. My promobox arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. The idea of it looked good on the website but I was worried they would just send me crap.

That is not the case and for $5 I got to see what Vistaprint offers. I know they want me to order from them again but it is defiantly costing them money to package and send me out the promobox.

In my box I got a pen with my logo and company name, business card holder, paper and envelopes with logo and name, and a mug.

It is a good start for my new company and it will give it that added professionalism that I need over the next few months in my office. I plan to continue the subscription for a while to see what else i get!

I have ordered the brochures from Vistaprint and I have learned to expect delays. I've also tried posting 2 negative reviews on Vistaprints own brochures reviews to notify others that when you order brochures you can often expect delays. I was not rude in my review and everything was true but I found both to be censored. Don't trust all of the positive reviews you find on their website about the different products.

I have no other complaints about the brochures as the quality is excellent but delays in getting marketing materials when you expect them by a certain can ruin a business. When ordering give yourself plenty of time.

I have been a Vistaprint customer for many years. At first it was for business cards and then I used them for other things as well. I find for some things like business cards they have been really good. Laying out and updating your design is fairly simple to do on the website and the print quality is pretty good especially for the price. You do get the odd card that is low quality or has a misprint but that rarely happens.

Other printed items like Return Address lables are not as good. First Vistaprint needs to have different sizes. I find the ones they have are very large. Also the glue used on the labels is quite weak. Some mail I recieve back I find these labels have started to peel off or even are missing. Not Good.

When Vistaprint does mess up they are really good at sending replacements or extras to make up for their mistake.
