I ordered some more laser cartridges for my HP printer. Easy to do now since all my printer information is saved from my last order at 123 Ink Jets. I didn't buy the HP OEM versions but the generic ones since they are much cheaper. On my last order I did have 1 cartridge in the pack of 3 I bought which did not work. I called up customer service and they had me send it back for a replacement. No problems with the return and I received the replacement within a few days.
Shipping is fast and customer service has been helpfully, and the website is easy to use. I will continue to purchase my laser cartridges from 123 Ink Jets.
