For my last 3 orders I had no problems and good service. My toner was delivered on time and everything worked as advertised.

For the last 2 weeks I have checked for my hp printer toner on 4inkjets.com and they have been out of stock. I just got off the phone with one of the 4inkjets customer service people and they said it would be another week. They put me on an email list which will send me a notification when it is in stock. This is a nice feature to have which I had failed to notice earlier, it appears on the actual toner page and not in the list of toners. I still have some toner left so I can wait a bit, not the end of the world :-)

I received my order last week for my HP printer ink cartridge. I bought a generic cartridge on 4inkjet since it was the cheapest for my printer. It arrived within a few days. The cartridge definitely looks different than my HP brand cartridge I have but it did slide into the same location fine and it fit snugly.  It also works perfectly fine as well and I haven't had any problems with any of the 3 cartridges I replaced in the printer.

We received our generic ink cartridge for our HP printer a few days later than the shipping estimate and the box it was shipped in was damaged (which I assume is the shippers fault) so I was a little worried when I opened the box. I didn't need to be as everything was in order and it installed fine. I have probably printed a dozen text pages and a few photo prints without any problems over the last few weeks since I got my order.

This was my first time using an online printer supplier so I only bought 1 set of cartridges (1 black and the color ones). Since I didn't have any real problems the next time I order I will stock up on ink and order during one of 4inkjets sales.
