They sent me the incorrect size cartridge for my Epson WorkForce. The 252XL was NOT an XL, but they insisted that it put it in my printer! They asked for pictures, I sent them pictures. They asked for more pictures, I sent them MORE pictures. They refused to return my money or even send me a mailing label so I could return it for a refund. Fortunately, my bank was great! They credited my account. BTW, customer service is supposed resolve problems, not argue with customers. WTH? Get yourself real Epson cartridges. They may be more expensive, but at least they're the right size and you don't have to deal with their "guaranteed satisfaction" or their nasty service agents.
Don’t make the same mistake I made. Not only did the cartridges not work, they ruined my printheads so now I’m going to end up spending much more than simply buying the right cartridges in the first place. When I contacted customer service for a return, they insisted on an exchange and refused to process the return... forcing me to reverse the charge through my credit card company. I do not regularly write reviews but this is a dishonest company that sells bad product.
