FitOrbit was a service which allowed you to connect with real life personal trainers. The service could be accessed via your iPhone/Android app or website, and had an online control panel with meal plans, goals, and workout plans created and updated by a personal trainer of your choice. The workout plans are arranged by your personal trainer to fit your needs and lifestyle, and you can alter them yourself or by talking to your online personal trainer.

Unfortunately we learned today that FitOrbit has closed. Here is the email which was sent out late September 2015 to all current subscribers of FitOrbit explaining the situation.

Dear Customer,

FitOrbit, Inc. has made the difficult decision to terminate services, and as of September 30, 2015 FitOrbit.com will no longer be active and all training services will cease. FitOrbit is the original virtual personal training platform launched over five years ago, but a rapidly evolving health and fitness market has made it difficult for us to deliver the same quality of service. The Company will be making every effort to refund any new and unused subscriptions to customers.

We thank you for your patronage and hope you and your trainer have established improved habits that will continue through your health and fitness journey.

So from the email it looks like that FitOrbit does plan to refund any money from unused subscriptions. If FitOrbit has not yet refunded your money for the unused portion of what is left of your subscription, it is advised that your contact the payment provider you used to purchase the subscription (ie PayPal, Credit Card) and submit a dispute.
